Chinese 56S Full Stock Polytech / Norinco AK-47 Pre Ban

Here is the Type 56S semiautomatic AK-47. This is your standard full stock stamped Chinese AK-47 that takes a Type II bayonet.

They were mostly imported by Norinco,  and Polytech did not import this configuration. Almost always made at Factory /66\.

These are high quality guns but largely used as shooters, as there are more valuable collectors guns in more desirable configurations out there.

These are good pre ban guns, and are made to the same standards as all of the others, although undef-folders, and spikers surely are more covetable on the market.

Here are my 56 Fixed stock rifles in a video if you are interested.

Here is my Sile N.Y. 56S, from factory /66\

Alongside an 84S for comparison.

This gun is in The Valley Walker Collection.

They all came from the factory with 3x 30 round magazines, sling, Type II bayonet, oilier and gas tube reamer. Also, they have tube style cleaning kits inserted into the hole in their stocks.

Regardless of importer, all of the standard Type 56S Chinese AK are good solid copies of the fully automatic and internationally exported Type 56.  Good reliable guns.

Double Under Folder Spiker Bayonet AK-47 Chicom Pre Ban

Here is my Chinese Jing An Red Bakelite Double Under Folder. It has a Spiker front end, also called the "Pig Sticker." I recently spoke to a Viet Nam Vet, who told me that this style of cruciform bayonet was the worst to get stuck with, because the wound doesn't stop bleeding.

I have included a 6396 Polytech 75 round drum, in its pouch, as well as a Type 56 magazine vest with three 30 round mag pouches.

Above is a picture with both types of Chinese Red Bakelite bayonets. The top one has the Brass Pin, and the lower one does not. They both have the rare chrome belt clips.

Those are Chinese 20 round magazines on the left side, one is a Type 63 magazine, and the other is a 20 round flat back.

To the right, you can see how the gun has the M1919 style pistol grip. I like these the most.

Here is the front end of the spiker, with a Chinese Type 74 style muzzle break.  The Red Bakelite is absolutely magnificent. This is my favorite gun.

Here is my Type 56 chest rig, complete with two Russian Red Bakelite mags, one is an Ivisheck ( I know I probably spelled that wrong), and the other is a Tula. The steel mag is a Chinese 30 round flat back. Those are two ten rounders in the side pockets, next to the two oil bottles. One is green with an embossed star, and the other is white, with an embossed star and Chinese writing on the back side. I keep one of my Bayonets attached to this rig all the time.

Here she is with her stock opened up all the way.

Here she is with the stock closed. Below is a video I posted on YouTube of this gun. Please check it out here by clicking the play arrow.

Enjoy, and thanks for visiting The Chinese AK-47 Blogspot.com

Chinese Polytech AKS 7.62 Double Underfolder, Spiker Bayonet, FTC Woodland Hills AK-47S

Here is an F.T.C. Woodland Hills, CA., Chinese AK-47. Later called R.A.I. Woodland Hills. (Royal Arms International) This gun is designated as an AK-47S, which denotes it as a very close copy of a true Chinese military rifle. It is said that these guns were made at the Jing An factory by the Chinese Military Police. It was certainly brought in during the early importation of the Chinese AKs. There is no factory Arsenal stamp, and few markings at all. This one is a double under-folder, which has a folding stock and a under-folding spiker bayonet.

Here is a video of Mine:

Here is an example from The Valley Walker Collection.

The rifle above has a slant muzzle break.

This rifle has only a thread protector.

The "FTC Woodland Hills, CA" is electric penciled in, after import, and after the guns were blued.

FTC later became, R.A.I. Woodland Hills. Some of the earliest Polytech guns were double stamped, R.A.I. Woodland Hulls, CA. on the barrel, and stamped Poly Technologies Made in China, on the receivers.  The ftc/rai guns were the earliest versions of the later Polys.
Double folded.

With this set, I have added a Chinese AK-74 style muzzle break. It helps stabilize the gun for me while shooting.

On the left is a Chinese 5x Cell 30 Magazine pouch.

In the middle is a Type 81 Mag pouch with 4x 30 magazines, and two rare 15 round Chinese AK mags in the side pockets.

That is a New in Wrapper Chinese 100 round drum on the right.

Bayonet Fixed.

Stock extended with Bayonet folded.

Slant Break, with threads.

Type 56 in Syria.

My Legend, my 56S-1 and my FTC Double Underfolder.
