Armco, from Boyleston, Massachusetts, was an early importer of Norinco Guns.
Their guns are very good, and were brought in in the mid 1980's. The spelling is not a mistake of Boston, but from Boyleston, MA.
Look at the low quality of the Electric Pencil job for the Import "stamps" . These are certainly early guns, before the "need" for high quality Stamps.
There is an 87 before the prefix of this rifle, so it was imported in 1987.
