CSI. ONT., China Sports International, ONTARIO California Pre Ban Chinese AK-47 Imports
There is also an importer by the name of CSI. ONT. (China Sports International, ONTARIO, California) This is a California importer which is fairly uncommon. Ontario is a town near Los Angeles. China Sports Ontario brought in some AK-47, and later, MAK-90, but they were better known for importing SKS in the millions.
These guns had very little import stamps. Have a look.

Have a Real nice NHM-90 Underfolder imported by CSI.
ReplyDeleteI have a /26\ SKS "French Tickler" manufactured in 1979 by Norinco (24 million serial number) imported by CSI ONT, CA, all matching numbers. Very sought after rifle, in excellent condition. When I bought this rifle, I could not bring myself to firing this rifle because it looked almost new. It looks like one of the previous owners did fire the rifle, less than 60 rounds. when I stripped gun down to clean, I found a little carbon in gas tube, and on piston. I also found that it still had cosmoline in hole were firing pin go's in bolt. I clean the gun completely, and stored away. I only take it out once every two months to add a thin coat on oil to metal parts, and inside barrel. I seen one sell on Gun Broker, that looks just like my rifle the other day for $750.
ReplyDeletei have a red polytech aks762 red sidefolder stamped cs 0 3913 any info on it is much appreciatedal
